Excellent screen quality. I appreciate the ports for usb and the tf card. very convenient how fluent the touch screen display was. The sound quality was definatly woken up with this head unit. I didnt have to connect the Bluetooth it connected when i turned my vehicle on which was great. Overall decent radio for the price highly recommend

My teenage son asked me to get this for him for Christmas to replace the one that was in his car. It arrived and was opened with much delight on Christmas morning. Then, it sat in the box, unopened and untouched until I had time to help my son install it. This past weekend, we pulled out the old head unit, followed the wiring diagram included with the box, installed this unit, and waited in anticipation for the screen to come to life. It doesn’t even power up. No power at all. We checked it with a multimeter, voltage meter, measured ohms, nothing works. We even wired it to test on an external battery just in case it was an issue with the car, still nothing. I should have checked it sooner, since it is now beyond the return window and the other reviews mention how bad the customer service is with the company, so I don’t have high hopes of getting any use out of it, but my son is absolutely crushed and it’s just a shame. But, lesson learned, you get what you pay for. I would recommend anyone thinking about getting this unit seriously consider spending a few more dollars elsewhere for a product that actually works.

I’ve been buying these radios since 2020 for multiple vehicles, they serve their purpose. Lasts about a year in my dusty bumpy dump truck. Can’t get the apple screen mirror to work, but I don’t care about that and it’s also a $50 radio

Easy to install radio and rear view camera works well. the first unit that we installed had an issue where when we were connected to Bluetooth we could only get three speakers to work. Radio played all four speakers. Odd issue, but one phone call and we had another unit that worked great. These units that I had were made during Covid-19, so maybe that could have been the issue. Anyway, with great customer service standing behind the product, I am going to purchase another one.

I've had this for a few months now and overall it's okay. However the backup camera doesn't always work, actually most of the time. That was one of the main reasons I bought it. Also it won't work with my steering wheel buttons. The previous radio was after market and it had no problem with that.

Worked for a day If that then the touch screen wouldn’t work.

I wanted to get a backup camera for my 2001 F150 SuperCrew. I had a factory radio from 2001 with no screen. I bought a wire harness as well as a kit for my year truck that I didn’t end up needing. I had to modify the dash a bit to have the new unit fit. Was a bit tall but fit perfectly left and right. I wired the new stereo to the harness the evening I received the package. I did a test fit last night when I saw I’d have to take out about 1/2 inch from the top of the existing opening. I modified the fit with a sawzall. I had more to do installing the backup camera but the camera hooked into this head unit just fine. I love the addition of car play and sound quality is beautiful from what I had before. Great manual with this and helps you fine tune the various settings. Touch screen is vivid colors and very responsive. I highly recommend.
