Love the tap. Makes quite fast warm water on demand. Not the hottest. But just enough to wash hands and brush teeth. Love it.

We bought this tap a few days ago for our upstairs bathroom. It looks amazing. Looks a really good quality tap. It was relatively easy to fit. We have installed it on a separate fuse for extra safety. As it is attached to mains water there is a very good flow and the water is nice and warm. Early days yet but going forward we can not see any problems with this tap.

The tap worked fine for the first 5 minutes ..temp was about 40degc but rcb started to cut out and plug started smelling of hot plastic ... UK adapter 3pin Part melted and hot tap no longer working. Cannot find spares easily for this and was thinking of using a travel adapter but not sure if wise. Very disappointed as tap seemed to be working well at first. Cannot message seller but would appreciate their feedback as no use if hot water not possible

Because my water heater is so far away I needed a way of getting hot water to a bathroom. This tap was the perfect solution. I was able to install it, including the wiring within 30 minutes. It would have been a lot quicker if the electricity route was simpler. However, I digress. If you nee hot water, literally on tap, then this is the answer. Runs off a simple 13amp fused socket.

I have had this for a year and its rarely used. I find it very unstable, either boiling, scalding hot or cold. I wouldn't buy again

Very few instant heating tap options on the market and this one looks modern and feels sturdy. Had issues with installation and the supplier offered advice and refund. I bought another tap from this brand that looks even better and so far happy with my purchase.

Great tap and deserved a spot in the market

DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON - NO AFTER PURCHASE SERVICE AVAILABLE FOR THIS ITEM WHEN IT BREAKS!!I have a good cold water feed pressure, but the tap has a spluttery type output of water like showers do when you make them hotter, the pressure relinquishes. The spray is not adjustable which is a shame as the tap looks great and has good temperature even is pressure dip’s considerably when hot. IT DID NOT WORK AFTER JUST THREE WEEKS. WATER STILL FLOWS BUT NO HEAT OR DISPLAY. MY ELECTRICS ARE CHECKED AND FINE BUT THIS TAP IS NOT. DO NOT BUY.
