Many of the electrolyte powders are TOO SWEET. This one is just right! I like that it also contains taurine and creatine, in addition to the traditional electrolyte ingredients.At 69, I do dragon boat practice 3-4 times per week. Other workouts at home, plus walking. In Florida this means plenty of sweating. So I take the electrolytes in my water. I actually notice a difference in my performance and endurance with this particular product.

The product is awesome, only thing that sucks is I wish the scoop was longer. I’ve got big hands and can’t get at the scoop after it’s halfway through.

I did NOT receive the item I ordered. And you can not return the item. I ordered flavored and what arrived is flavorless. It does not taste good. Hints the reason why I tried to order flavored. I sent a message through amazon to the seller but no response.I do love the item of electrolytes and small amount of creatine together. Heard about it through their podcast.

I'm not someone who wants to use a 'pre-workout' but I recently started working out early in the morning and was struggling with grogginess. I'm not saying this product is the reason I'm doing better, but I do think it's a factor (in addition to just getting used to having to turn my brain on earlier). I got the orange flavor, and I think it's pretty good. I'd honestly prefer flavorless so I could just add it to my protein shake. But I just drink this a little before and during the first part of my workout and I think the electrolytes help. I'm new to creatine so I don't think I have enough of that built up to make a judgment. I'm really glad there isn't a bunch of extra junk in these - just the essentials. I just try to avoid stuff like that, and I get enough caffeine from my coffee habit that I certainly don't need any of that in the form of pre-workout. I take some other supplements from this company that I also like. I hope they might eventually offer a flavor-free version of this product because I'd definitely rather have it that way.

Great product, bad packaging. Not even half way through it and I can barely get a full scoop out due to the scoop being so small and container so big. Maybe I just have big hands, but def sucks scaping my hands on container every morning.
