Perfect everyday knife
I have a few Victorinox knives now and they really live up to expectations. This size one (20cm i think) is perfect for everyday cooking, chopping onions and all kinda veg.

Shaving sharp…
Cuts through paper, arm hairs, tomato skin etc straight from package…hopefully will keep razor edge a while before sharpening. Firm blade, generous sized handle, comfortable grip. Great value
