Slightly different to the photos
The laptop arrived well packaged. Looked like it was brand new. It is not the same as the photographs on the page, sockets are in different places(well, at least the mobile SIM slot is). That aside, it is fast and functions well. Tested it with the SIM from my mobile, had to set up the app info for it to work. Very pleased so far.

Amazing
Came in a normal box but apart from that you would never know it was refurbished. So far works amazingly. Very happy with this purchase.

Bad experience
The keyboard set is very bad, the screen cracked when closing the screen due to a few key failures. I don't think I will buy a second-hand product again. Both the keyboard and the screen need to be replaced now. I wish success to those who will buy after me. These happened within the first 3 months.

Why buy new??
PC was in absolutely excellent condition. All works as expected - though the battery seemed to drain pretty quick (c. 4 hrs). Great price and spec, and it looks like I received a free upgrade to a touchscreen version (Yoga). Really happy with purchase - will definitely buy from this supplier/Amazon Renewed again.
