This tea was recomended to help me sleep. It doesnt but it taste great

We bought because of what's in the news. And to be honest the taste and general "feeling" this leaves you with surpassed our expectations big time. This is actually really good stuff and I see why people feel the way about it that they do. I'm not sure it's capable of helping any ailment, but a good tea will never do you wrong, that much I know. Why not give it a try, that's what we thought, and we're not bummed we took that shot.

I can’t handle the taste of bitter melon. The tea is a great substitution. It’s pricey on Amazon but it’s hard to find it in our local Asian stores. I just feel better and I don’t get colds.
