Good value, well engineered, mobility a key feature.
This is a sensational tool! I am very pleased with it. I had a somewhat basic table saw for a few years which did its best (but not well) and for some time I have lusted after the fact that this table saw is supplied with a folding trolley base (I know many are but this one is price competitive). That was an important feature because my workshop is not large and my old cheap table saw had seen better days while taking up a lot of room.Well, this table saw lives up to my expectations and beyond. It is a superb piece of kit. I got it at a good price from Amazon although without realising it the model has been upgraded by Evolution to a new version though more expensive. (I might have saved harder to get the new model but I am not disappointed). So, some pointers. It is heavy. A huge box arrived that my wife and I could barely lift! The first job is to assemble the folding base - that took some doing and though in the end it is straightforward, take your time. The saw itself itself fitted to the trolley straightforwardly and after that it was good to go. I that the the supplied instruction manual is pretty poor - it looks like a low quality photocopy. Given the high safety requirements and the need to assemble the tool properly a good manual is essential. I found the PDF file on the Evolution site and printed that - it is much clearer to read and the images are sharper. It is a great machine and more than exceeds my expectations. I already have a couple of Evolution tools and I find the build quality good. This table saw is no different, and As I have noted the folding trolley is essential in my workshop. When not is use it takes up relatively little space. It is still somewhat heavy to handle but that's a good point of course because it is stable and steady when operated. I am very pleased with it. Nicely built, attachments too, and has at least one extra feature I did not expect (the sliding table panel in conjunction that be used with the mitre gauge). The table can be extended for larger work, and though I have only used that a little so far this is an excellent feature and is well engineered. The dust extraction pipe fits well (especially compared with my old saw) and with my modest dust vac copes well. Very little sawdust scattered about after use.If you are on a budget and, like me, you don't have the bench space for big tools to sit idle, I don't think you can do better than this table saw.

impressive budget table saw for the price dewalt just lost a sale LOL am so pleased about that!
Though its early days and I have only used it to cut four small pieces of wood so far but am loving what I've seen!. one of the rail guilds arrived bent so the rotary lever was stiff and grinding had to take it off and bend it so it cleared but apart from that am really happy with it. its big but can't complain as I was already informed of its size on YouTube I can't wait to put it to real work my only concern is there is allot of plastic parts just wonder how long they will last but again I suppose it reflects the price hopefully Evolution are not two faced greedy idiots and supply parts at a reasonable cost as their plastic might even look into 3d printing I think that’s a great way to replace parts on this happy I chose this over a Dewalt which are seriously over priced they may be good but they never come at any kind of reasonable cost this one comes with all the bells and whistles even a trolley which would cost an arm and a leg with Dewalt :\ their costs are making me shop else where now. if you don't want the trolly or the vac hose this is seriously cheap and bang for bucks table saw you won't get better. just hope quality and durability stand the test of time.

When setting up it is so easy.
I have read comments about assembling the saw and I would say this. Read the instructions and note where the motor is when, in particular, you fix the handles in place. It is easy to get them the wrong way around (50/50), get it right and it all flows from there.I have just come the garage where I have started a project and the saw was magnificent, ie it worked. The dust extraction is pretty good but what I really like is the ability to brush and sweep away dust that normally gets trapped in my last bench saw. Finally, the ability to fold it up and put it away tidily has made it so good. I am 72 years old and I'm not about to lift some ridiculous weights, but this is easy to fold and push or pull into place for use.Well done Evolution. No I don't work for them!!!

A great cost effective table saw.
Packed almost ready for use just a couple of knobs/handles to attach. what a piece of kit, I am at best a keen hobbyist but this does everything I could ask of it and its true no adjustment required and once you're used to the features it works really well. I've only cut wood and have no intention to cut other material deliberately so can't vouch for the blades ability to cut metal etc. Now looking forward to creating some sliding jigs. My one and only gripe is it does take a long time for the blade to stop, an electronic brake would be a great addition.
