Bought this to replace an old charger. I have always trusted the Anker brand and was not disappointed. The feel of the charger alone tells you of the quality that was put in to building this product.The charger comes with a 5 foot power cord that plugs into the back of the charger. The charger works perfect. Everything about this charger reeks of high quality.Highly recommend.

I bought this as a replacement for a multi-port charger that failed in a Sendowtek multi Apple device bamboo charging stand.The Anker construction is solid and the charging fast. The heat generated is minimal.It is small enough to fit in the bamboo base of my old charging stand.There are three USB-A ports:USB-A1 & A2 are rated as 5V⎓2.4A...standard iPhone and iPad USB voltage.USB-A3 however can produce 5V⎓3A or 9V⎓2A or 12V⎓1.5A. My understanding is A3 is using the USB Power Delivery Protocol (USB-PD) where the charger negotiates with the device for the voltage desired. If the device doesn't support USB-PD, the charger is supposed to default to 5V to keep older devices happy.The three USB-C ports also support USB-PD: USB-C1: 5V⎓3A / 9V⎓3A / 15V⎓2A / 20V⎓1.5A and USB-C2 & C3: 5V⎓3A / 9V⎓2.22A / 12V⎓1.67A.USB-PD can be a problem or a valuable feature. My newer iPhone is OK with the different voltages on A3 but my older iPad mini 5th gen (MUQW2LL/A) produces a "Not Charging" when plugged into that port.I was initially unaware of the USB-PD feature on A3 when I reached out to Anker tech support. They responded quickly and diagnosed that this was an incompatibility between that port and my iPad and not a charger fault or bad cable or bad iPad. While the Anker USB-PD port should adapt and not cause a compatibility issue with the iPad, the iPad is not happy and can not be charged there.Given that the iPad is an older model and never made any claims about tolerating USB-PD, I can't really fault Anker. However it is still possible that my Anker USB-A3 is malfunctioning and not reverting to the 5V default as it should.For now I'm happy with the charger and Anker's response and will simply use A3 for my iPhone and plug my iPad into A1 or A2. If A3 causes more problems, I'll rely on Anker's excellent tech support.

This plug solved charging congestion for our family. Anker makes great products, and this is yet another one I am happy with. 3 USB-A and 3 USB-C slots allow our family to charge any device they need and still only occupy one wall plug. Plug stays cool and is built well.

Update:Anker contacted me and replaced the charger. I tested and it is good.I changed to 5 stars due to:1. The customer service is best. Anker contacted me first; I even did not think of contacting them. They stand behind their products. Just a few email back and forth, they sent a replacement.2. The replacement is good.==============I bought an Anker 60W 6-port (USB A) charger before and it charges my phones very good. I bought this charger to have USB C to C (3 USB C ports). I have been only using the USB C to C cables to charge my until yesterday (3/2/2025). Yesterday, I used USB A to C cable to charge my phone and found out that it is 2 times slower than the 60W 6-port charger. I tested with different ports, different cables, different phones and the result is the same. The 60W charger needs 20 minutes left to be full, and this charger 112W needs 44 minutes.I used a USB A to C cable connecting USB C to the phone, connect USB A to 112 W charger, the phone displayed 44 minutes to full. I disconnected the cable to 112W charger, connected to the old 60W charger, phone displayed 20 minutes to full. Happens on all USB-A ports. No other port was used when testing.I trusted Anker so I threw the box away after using it for a while. Now, the return window is 3/8 and I cannot return anymore.Do not buy. The C ports are OK, but all A ports are not good.By the way, I got a used item the first time, returned it for a replace. This replacement shows that why the first one I got was a returned item.

Ancher is an excellent product, no matter what you are purchasing, combined with great customer service from Ancher over the years.. the warranty is the best in the business.. I highly recommend Ancher products over the rest.

I definitely use it when I travel local and international. It is so useful because 2-3 of my electronic gadgets can charge all at the same time and in one place. The charging speed is fast. Plus its not complicated to use.

Wish I would have bought it sooner! Chargers phone/ any device very fast! Easy set up plug in to 110v and connect any usb-c cables or usb. Definitely worth it if on sale.
