It has a nice smell. Recommended to use 2 times a day. Fluoride free and doesn't seem to damage My teeth. You have to take a pour a small portion into the cap and then gargle for like 30 secs. Works as intended. Vegan product . Overall a good decent product worth the average price. 👌
