Very happy with the device and the installation process. Infact, I'd have never imagined an RO device would give me so much excitement , specially how good it looks. The 2yr no-service promise and IoT are probably what will matter to me more later, but today's excitement is all about looks. Here is a breakdown.Why a new RO:I had a regular "dolphin" design RO , white and plastic looking with a transparent water holder. It worked fine for the most part. Occassionally it would need servicing and repair. Some part recently again broke so decided to just buy a new one. Usually, I'd have just called UC to again fix it but I wanted to give this RO a try. It did bother me slightly that the RO i had just looked really really plasticy and bad in the kitchen. Plus 2yr warrenty meaning lesser fixing and chores in a year.Delivery and packaging:Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed by Amazon with no new exact date. The installation request was already scheduled for next day. I had to escalate this to UC support, dint know what else to do.Support experience:Good news is, UC support was extremely proactive. They called me night and day to ensure I got the package. Rescheduled my installation to the very next morning on my req (delivery happened at night. got professional at 8am next day)! Made up and more for the delay and anxiety in delivery.Native RO unboxing and first look:This is what got me most excited that I'm actually writing a review. All i have to say is, it's a good looking machine! Simple, elegant and just feels and looks hi tech and quality.All features work as expected. Some callouts:- Pre filter (the black filter next to RO) comes included. I dint realise this. Usually companies make you buy this I think.- I had to pay extra (inr700) for a water pressure moderator device. I have a water pressure pump that makes the water flow jerky, so the professional suggested I install that else filters get a bit abused over time.- Preset buttons and the tray is helpful. Even though filling a bottle manually is hardly 10-20sec , having that automated so you can do other things is quite a delight.- the blue light looks very cool. The tray already had a centre marked so the light isn't a "must" for placement , but it sure does make the process of water filling exciting.- IoT connection was very very seamless. Though the service professional helped me through it, it was all layed out in the app step wise. Took hardly 10-15sec. Too early to really comment on what I like here beyond the first look and connectivity. I think I'd want UC to automatically call me when filter needs servicing/repair. That's what is promised and I look forward to. Full automation, make my life easy!Net net, it works exactly as expected in terms of it being an RO device. The simple things done are very delightful.Installation:While installing a device is the easy part, honestly this gives me most anxiety. Waiting for the guy to show up, hoping he doesn't mess up placement and leave a mess, hoping there are no leakages, etc. UC does these installations - the guy showed up on time, no hidden charges , proper invoice and quote was shared (pressure moderator) , guy was super efficient , explained things right , worked the RO a few times to see if anything needs tweaking (tds , leakage of any kind , etc). It took no time of mine. Seamless as I'd expect.Fingers crossed, I hope I don't have to call Uc for two years!!

Great Product and smooth Installation Process.

The product is really worth the money. It has its own self cleaning system. The company offers 24 month warranty for filters and other parts, making it a lot better than other alternatives.The service person was polite and informative. He explained all the necessary stuff regarding the purifier in a very rational manner.

The product received is good ..The installation was done promptly..The technician was excellent.I just had the installation done today, so for the product review I'll post after a month of usage.

The media could not be loaded. This is my first time having such a bad experience. Either the seller is completely useless or the company has a lot of manufacturing problems native M2 by urban company. No one will buy this product at all. The first time I installed this product, I saw that the guide light was missing from the machine, I called Amazon to replace it, then the replacement product that came was leaking water from the tank. This company has only been in the market for two years. No one can say what will happen in the next 10 years, so be careful, no one should use this company's products,or buy also otherwise you will face difficulties, like me. I am attaching the proof.

I've switched from Purit Classic RO (after using it for 7 years) to Native RO M2 from Urban Co.Looks: Simple and StunningInstallation Demo: Very Quick followed by Un-installation of the Old RO.Purification: Output TDS 95 from Input 240 TDS @40 Out/60 Drain Ratio.Storage Capacity: 8 Ltr Tank is Decent Enough.Smart Home Tech: IOT based Mobile App Monitoring on RO plus Filter(s) Condition and Water Consumption is Simply Awesome & Very Useful.M2 Vs. M1 based on Self Discovery:M2 doesn't come with a tap and hence RO must be on inverter during power cuts and emptying requires closure of in-let valve (which also requires switching-off RO to save motor life)M1 could be a better option for emptying of the tank (while going out of station) and using RO water duing power cuts.Freebies:Liked the complemented 750 ml thermo water bottle. Expect branded RO cover too😊Cons:1. Proximity On/Off (within 4 to 5 mm distance) without touch is some thing UC need to fix.2. Noticed few ml of Water droplets even after stop filling until cut-off noise is heard.3. Outlet alignment is not straight and hence inclined water fill (30 degrees right side)Suggestion for Next Release/Version:Color coded (RGB) water level indicator is something UC shall think of instead of white circular illumination on the front panel.Warranty:After usage of Native M2 RO for a week's time, I have booked for a free service request with UC partner on few queries & clarifications. Got all doubts cleared within no time.Not sure and curious about 2 yearly service cost🤔 Hope UC will announce their service cost shortly.Also curious to see the life of RO plus Filters with Consumable TDS levels.Overall:I'm almost satisfied customer with the Native M2 RO after getting it connected with inverter. However looking for some technical glitches like Proximity On/Off, Droplets until Cut-off and Inclined Water fill is some thing expected to be fixed by UC at manufacturing. M1 could be a better option (if you don't have Inverter) with tap where it doesn't require inverter and no touch panel to operate in any proximity.

Just ordered this new ro from Urban Company M2, device is looking nice and easy to install. The technician Mr. Sandeep did his work efficiently.
