Having the kit advertised be in stock, but good communication
I love the kit. Although I wanted the red sparkle kit that was advertised unfortunately it was out of stock. So I ended up getting the sea foam satin kit. The company was helpful on sending me pictures of other drums and responsive to my emails I just would of like phone communication rather emailing back and forth.

The cheap China mfg process for chrome or black plating the hardware is very subpar...
1st the cheap Remo Junk heads that come on them... then the fact the 90% of my black hardware has rust bubbling up under it in less that 2 years is very disappointing exp for my 1st DW/PDP drum kit... and if they didn't send extra lugs and lug receivers you wouldn't be able to play the first day you set them up.. I found 7 stripped out lugs on my kit...
