Delicious protein focused snack
The Power Crunch Protein Crisps have exceeded everything I thought possible for a protein chip. I have had a few other protein chips and while they have been good, they all tend to have a weird texture or be extremely brittle. These have the strength and texture of a regular potato chip (Pringles). Best of all, they have a great taste! The Hot & Spicy flavor are not what I would consider spicy but I do have a high tolerance for spice. The flavor is great! One container is 320 calories but also 22g of protein. This is a more than acceptable calorie to protein ratio, especially for a snack like chips. The only issue with these chips are the price. They're expensive but so are most high protein snacks. Are they worth it? That is up to you to decide. They are a great way to fix a craving without eating something unhealthy and that can be worth a lot!

Almost pringles
Keep in mind, they are protein and plant basedSo it’s going to taste quite different.Quality wise they are good and crunchy .I would say the value for money is a little over the top but good source of protein and easy to grab and eat while working

Reminds me of a thicker and crunchier Pringle
First of all, the hot and spicy flavor is fantastic!! They aren't too hot, but provide a good balance of both flavor and heat. These crisps remind me of a slightly thicker and crunchier Pringle. I have been on a protein kick lately, so I've been trying my hardest to reach my daily protein needs. I get really busy, so I don't always eat like I should. I am notorious for grabbing snacky type foods while being in a hurry. What I love most about these crisps is the fact that one 2.1 ounce can provides 22 grams of protein. I can get my snack on and still get an ample amount of protein just by eating them. In my opinion, it's a win-win! The only bad part is that one can contains 320 calories, so it's not necessarily low in calories. However, when compared to other chips on the market, these are obviously a better choice due to their protein content.

Awful taste
I was hoping to add options of protein chips with this. But No thank you. Taste was so awful is disposed of it immediately. I'll stick with my my go to protein chips.

Nice spice to them -- Says the person who uses ground red pepper as a mild flavoring
On a scale of 10, I'd put the hotness at a very comfortable 3 or 4. Ground cayenne pepper, for me, is basically a 1. It really doesn't register at all. It's mild flavoring. This has some heat, although not anywhere near unpleasant. It's a good amount. If 6 or 7 is where I'd start to get uncomfortable, I'd rate these as a 3 or 4.Visually they resemble famous potato chips in a can. Although these are a bit harder and crisper. Still, they have a pleasant enough texture and a really nice flavor and bite to them.

High in protein, but hot, hot, hot!
Power Crunch Protein CRISPS, a Potato Style Protein Chip, Hot & Spicy, 10g of protein, 1.05 ounces per serving (Pack of 6)The power crunch protein crisps come economically packaged in a recyclable plain brown cardboard box. Inside the box, the crisps are packaged in little canisters, a little bigger than you might see for a lunch time snack can of chips. Each of the six individual cans have two servings of crisps. (I'm not going to repeat the nutrition stuff here, it's in the main part of the ad)Each individual canister is actually resealable for the most part, as it has a plastic lid on the top. That snaps closed fairly tightly. For me, that's a good thing, because the flavor I'm testing is hot and spicy. They're not kidding around. It's hot. It's spicy. The chip itself has a nice crunch to it and at first it doesn't seem too spicy, but after you chew on it for a moment, it grows on you. Even after chewing the chip up and swallowing it, washing it down with a couple of swallows of water, it's still burning in my mouth. I had another family member try it, who likes hotter things than I do, and even they said it was pretty doggone hot. It's not exactly Cajun hot, but it's next door to it. A third family member said the heat was great, so your tastes may vary. If you're a fan of really hot peppers, these will probably be an everyday crunchy snack for you. If you're trying to eat less and get more protein in your diet, this chip might be for you. The eating less part for me, would come around because it's so doggone hot. I can't eat more than one chip at a time. (Perhaps if it was dipped in something like a cool ranch dip, it wouldn't be so hot, but then it would increase the calorie per snack.)

taste like real junk food but high in protein
I was a little nervous to eat protein chips and waited until I was starving after a workout. When I opened these I realized they were dupes of the famous stackable chip junk food brand and surprisingly these really deliver. These have like 10 g of fat per serving, so something like fat is masking the pea protein, but you would never know these were packed with that chalky protein supplement. These were really good! And I personally barely noticed much spice in these, but there is definitely a lime/citric acid and garlic quality that is common in latin style or "spicy" commercially flavored foods that I think really stands out in the flavor.
