Worst support service I encountered in my life
The media could not be loaded. Received the system on 25th oct.performance was good for a week on 2nd Nov tried to get system on but he took his last breath by saying beep beep beep with red light. Since then I am struggling to get support so I can resume my work. Mailed them all details they needed on 3rd of October but all I get in response is that I have toMail them details again which I did thrice now. And then again I get main to share the details which will help them to help me to get system alive and the best part is the working hours for NewJaisa is 10am - 7pm and no matter when u call them it’s always busy as lots of people are trying to make their system alive and before the shifts ends they make sure everyday they send me one email stating to share details with them which include 1-My name 2- Email address 3- phone number 4- Alt number 5- Order I’d ( if available) 6- issue with system and short note. Updated all details sent it back thrice and still waiting for the help and support. The reason why I gave 5 star on the 1st place was because I wanted to get warranty activated which should be free

Excellent product
I have purchased recently installed very genuine product with all essential accessories anti virus software all installed applications excellent price also compares to market and i like warranty also I am planning to order for my office 2 more systems.

Poor Quality - Item came broken
Cheapest quantity components. Moreover they sent broken mouse keyboard deliberately and it was included knowingly because there were no broken pieces inside the box. Not sure how long this junk will last.

This product verges on the edge of being a total scam.
Once installed at home this system slowly starts to lose its functions part by part.At first keyboard stopped workingThen the speakers stopped functioning.As someone that used to use a i3 processor, 4gb ram i am sorely disappointed in the performance of this so called i5 processor with an 8 gb ram.And to top it all offAmazon plays small tricks not to give a replacement.Do not buy any refurbished items on amazon. Its a scam.
