LOVE IT.....Best thing for sore body...I always keep in the house...You can also put some in a spray bottle, fill the spray bottle with distilled water ,shake and use as a spray for pain, and even under arms and boobs for sweat..

So relaxing. I felt like I was floating. Directions suggest a full bag for a soaking tub. You can use less but the restoration won’t be as powerful. After my 29-30 minute soak, I napped for two hours! That’s how relaxing this soak is!!
