I got chickens, because you know, the price of eggs. But chickens like scratch. And so do mice. And the mice found their way into my basement. They were getting into everything. Now,...I HATE mice! With a passion! I'm not afraid of them, but the wretched little creatures destroy everything. They pee all over your stuff, they chew it up and leave huge messes, and don't get me started about droppings everywhere. In a matter of a few weeks, I was pulling my hair out trying to get rid of them. I even caught two in one trap! That's how bad it got.I tried all kinds of traps, ultra sonic units, and so forth, and nothing seemed to phase them. Then I tried these little babies. In one day, I noticed that I didn't hear mice in the walls. And since having plugged them in in various parts of the house, I have not seen evidence of a single mouse inside the house. It has been a God-send. Thank you so much!

On the good side, this did seem to work as advertised against mice. However, this is advertised to be long lasting and given the price, I would have expected it to work for many years. Based on this I bought 4 units for my home. The first unit failed after 3 months use. After 5 months in service, 3 of 4 units are no longer functioning. At least the LED light that showed it was on can no longer be turned on. For this reason I have rated it very poor.

I recently submitted a 1-star review because after 4 months the 3 plug repellents that I purchased stopped working. I was able to reach out to the seller and they were very helpful. They quickly shipped out 3 more replacements to me. They all turned on and I hope they continue to work. I appreciate their quick response to resolve my issue and were forthcoming to help. I recommend this product because it definitely works, but if you have an issue at least they are willing to assist you.

Not sure if it works. Plugged in 6 days, still catching mice. Why aren't theice avoiding the area. No way of testing to see if they are actually working as intended.

Not sure if it works or not because I did not have a rodent problem when I ordered the item. I just hope that it will keep them away.

This product is garbage. I tested 4 units. None emitted any energy in the ultrasonic range. The transducer inside is not rated for high (> 20 KHz) frequencies. I am an electrical engineer. I am not a robot. I can tell you that this product is a complete ripoff. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. If I could rate it a zero I would. The other product - The upgraded pest repeller does work. It generates frequencies between 25 and 50 KHz with a strong output. However, the manual is wrong. The device has 3 modes - the manual says 2. You want the mode with the red led lit. This generates broad ultrasound with good intensity.

Love the ease of use. Plug in and it works - until it doesn't. Purchased in Nov. stopped working in March. I assume it stopped working because the annoying green light doesn't glow anymore. Seems like a lot of money to pay for something that lasted less than 12 months. I do think when it was working it kept the critter in my walls away because I heard them only once in the time it was working.

I liked the result, I usually have a lot of allergies to sprays because they have a strong smell and leave my floor stained and these ultrasonic devices to keep pests away are helping a lot with ants. It is safe for pets, works very well and the cost benefit was worth it.
