Got this for general heart health and so far I like it. I’ve used hawthorn berry before, so it felt like a solid choice. No side effects, and I like that it’s all herbal. I’ll keep taking it and see how it works long term.

I only took two capsules the first day. I felt ill after taking. I discontinued for about a week, and took one capsule. I felt ill, unsteady on my feet, and slightly dizzy. Unfortunately, the product cannot be returned. So I lost money on that purchase. Being retired and on a fixed income, I try to purchase wisely and not lose money.

Great blood flow supplement for me! I feel better circulation already and even my hands and feet aren’t cold like before. Hoping it also helps dissolve plaque in arteries over time. I found this heart health supplement really effective especially for circulation. My hands and feet feel noticeably warmer which already feels great. I don’t feel any added value to blood pressure readings. Not saying that it has not worked; just was hoping for more dramatic and immediate results
