The scent is soft, sweet, and warm, it really makes me feel like I’m on a beach vacation. I get many compliments when I wear it. I spray it on my hair and body after a shower, and it never feels sticky or dry. It leaves my hair soft and shiny, and it is very gentle on my skin. I love that it has vitamin E and argan oil. The bottle is a nice size (200 mL) and lasts a long time. The scent stays on my clothes and hair for hours, which I love. I also like that it is vegan and cruelty-free. If you enjoy light, sweet, dessert-like scents, this spray is perfect. I’ll definitely buy it again.

I purchased this as I am disabled and so buying the brand you all know I bought this and have been very happy with it. I like the way it smells and that it doesn't affect my skin as my skin is crazy in that I never know what is going to upset it and make me itch and this doesn't and I like that it is a nice pleasant smell that shouldn't bother others. I can smell it on clothes that I sprayed days ago. You get a nice amount of product for a great price. I truly love the smell of this and the value for the money. I'm going to be 51 and think it's perfect for women my age and with all that I have been through and continue to go through I like things that bring me joy and that smell good as I like to smell good. Will be buying this again and would recommend.

I really enjoy the scent. I love gourmand body products. I had tried cakes conditioner before purchasing this. And the coconut pie scent of the haircare was so divine. And since I am a MASSIVE fan of sol de Janeiro and their cheirosa 62 & 71 (though I would argue that 71 is too underrated and probably better than the original no.62 lol) I figured that I had no choice but to try this! So I will draw comparisons to those while also sharing my opinion. In case other women are considering for the same reason. Alot of ppl I have seen saying this smells exactly or is a dupe of sol's but I disagree big time. Maybe if I didn't have them side by side and it had been a while I would agree more. But they are not the same. They are definitely in the same family however! But don't go into this looking for a dupe. That being said, it smells lovely. It's a little lighter and less complex than the 62, and smells a little more coconut forward. I do wish the scent was a little stronger. The value is great for sure. You get a good sized bottle for a good price. I've included a pic of this spray with sols large and small bottle for size comparison. In case anyone was curious about that. The cap does not click into place and stay on tho. That's a little annoying. The staying power is okay. I like to spray my scents into my hair while it's Still damp. And I notice it stays very well that way. Especially if you spray the underside, near your neck in the back. It's a really nice, yummy, sweet, summery and beachy scent. I would have given 5 stars If the bottle had a lid that would stay on (that makes taking it anywhere perilous) and if the scent was a little stronger/longer lasting

I am obsessed with Cake Body and Hair Spray! From the moment I first sprayed it, I was hooked. I love that it's a 2-in-1 product. I can spritz it on my skin after a shower and also use it on my hair without worrying about buildup or dryness. It leaves both my skin and hair feeling soft, refreshed, and lightly fragranced. The formula is super lightweight and doesn’t feel sticky or greasy at all.

Nice big bottle, it was shrink wrapped in a thick film, and inside the box was some thick crumble paper to keep it from slamming around, no leaks, cracks or other wise.THE SCENT!!Ok first, in my opinion it smells nothing like pistachio or caramel but WOW does it smell good. For me the scent is more like you put on banana boat suntan lotion or sun screen, went into the pool then got out, the smell is still there but not as strong. It is not overwhelming at all but long lasting and noticeable! for me the smell is, fresh water, coconut, brown sugar, and a hint of chlorine or like a new garden hose smell (I hope that makes science) it is wonderful, refreshing and screams summer vibes! 10/10 will be buying more for my self and my daughter.

I purchased this on the off chance that I could find a more affordable alternative to SDJ '62, a body mist that I love and have repurchased multiple times. Unfortunately, this one misses the mark to the point where I feel a little duped (see what I did there?) by the hype.Cake Beauty lists the notes in this as: (top) Pistachio cream, almond white peach, (middle) Jasmine petals, tiger lily freesia, (base) Vanilla, salted caramel. There is a lot of overlap with the SDJ '62 DNA but the overall scent profile leans fruitier in the opening and less sweet in the drydown. I get lots of what I assume is an unlisted sandalwood note, because it's definitely not vanilla or salted caramel. Performance is fine - I don't expect a lot out of body mists but I can say that the OG from SDJ does well on my skin and lasts forever on clothes.Ultimately this one is not for me, and that's ok! I'm glad I tried it. I think if you haven't smelled the OG recently, or you're looking for a lighter/less sweet scent profile, this could be a good option.

This body mist is amazing! I absolutely love the smell of this. I would recommend layering this with another perfume & lotion because using this one alone, it doesn’t tend to last more than a few hours. But will definitely repurchase!

Smells really good but isn't very strong. That's not always a bad thing especially if your spraying it all over or using it for moisture. I feel like I can smell the carrier water or liquid diluting the fragrance but it's not a bad smell at all. It's actually rather addictive and gives it character. The smell reminds me of the original bum bum cream or that Pistache lotion (but with the diluted carrier liquid described above).It's also a very good price, or was whenever I purchased. Making it a much more affordable option to use those wonderful scents.Aside from not being as strong, I don't think you will be disappointed in it if you like those scents.
