Douglas Sylvie Sloth Plush Stuffed Animal

Loved it. It so soft and the arms really hug you. He is so cute and does not shred like plushies sometimes do. I recommend it to everyone who needs a hig and a supporting friend.

I bought this for my wife and she loved it, very soft, sturdy build and great detail for a realistic look, problem was my daughter loved it also so she adopted her sloth and my wife no longer had one, I will be buy the wife a new one. Great work I recommend this to everyone.

When my daughter first saw a Sylvie in a boutique store, she could not resist hugging her. Every time we passed the store, my daughter asked if we could stop so she could go and hug Sylvie. She worked hard to save money (she was six-years-old at the time). Then, last summer (when she was seven) we were checking prices on Amazon. We found Sylvie for a significantly lower price than the boutique price. I ordered her right away. We have had Sylvie, now, just over a year. When she first arrived, she shed quite a bit. We ran our fingers repeatedly through her "fur" to remove the loose fur (which I attribute to her newness). Once all the loose fluff was removed, there has been no shedding since (and no bald spots at all).Whenever my daughter feels sad, besides me, Sylvie is often the first one she gravitates toward. Even when I had a bad day once, my daughter retrieved Sylvie from her bed and held her out to me to hug. Sylvie is the most huggable and cuddly stuffed animal ever, I have to admit. And, even for this adult, have found her to a source of comfort at times.My daughter has a few other Douglas stuffed animals, but Sylvie is our all time favorite. This is the best large plush sloth without peer! I ordered it for my spouse because, in addition to the pandemic, this year was the year of the sloth in my family. My wife and daughter visited a zoo in Western Kentucky and fell in love with their sloths. Sloth gifts were exchanged between them, so I had to find the best stuffed sloth to commemorate an otherwise cloistered year. It is realistice, fluffy with the most wonderful smile on its face. I not graces the top of our bed.

Although this sloth is a little on the spendthrift side, he is so worth it!Very soft and well made! Cute face!!

I did not want to pay $50 for a stuffed animal, but my 6 year old really wanted it. She has an upcoming surgery & I told her she could get a new stuffed animal to bring with her to the hospital. Well, this sloth showed up and it is the best stuffed animal! Super soft and adorable. You can tell it's made very well. It's super cute, even better than the Jellycat stuffed animals I have gotten her.

I love sloths, bought this for myself with amazon gift cards from my brother & husband. I suffer from anxiety and depression and this little gal makes a great cuddle when I'm feeling down.
