I bought these because I make things like Goulash/American Chop Suey and spaghetti sauce in large quantities then freeze in meal size quantities in Ziplock bags. I used to get product all over the zipper and outside of the bags. I felt there had to be a better way. Then I stumbled upon this and I can tell you they've been a game changer.

I like these baggy holders a lot. I first saw them on a cooking show and thought they would be very useful. I do a lot of big-batch cooking and often struggled to get things into zip-top bags. When I first opened the package and saw these were so lightweight, I was dubious that they would work well, but they do. They stay in place when you insert the bags into the holders, and they hold up to heavy foods, whether they are liquid or solid. The arms telescope, so you can move them up and down.

Works great for loading quart and gallon sized baggies. Holds them open and keeps the bags upright for loading the bags with leftovers or portions to freeze or take to lunches! Bought a set for my daughter to use !

Worked great on quart and gallon bags. I saw reviews where people stated that it didn't open up the bags wide enough and I figured out that it depends on how you attach the bags. If you attach the bag at the clip on the ends, and not the middle of the bag, it opens the bags up nice and wide. I plan to buy more of these for stocking stuffers. Love that it collapses down to store in a drawer. I used for soups, stews, pasta meals and didn't have any trouble with the bag slipping off, or the unit toppling over. One hint for use; prior to attaching the bags to the unit, fold the top of the bag over 1x. This helps keep the zipper part of the bag clean of debris making easy closing.

I like the product and very handy for filling bags. However, one of them came defective, and unusable.
