We purchased this PA system to replace an older system being used for a 4-piece band. Drums, keys/vocals, bass guitar. We play small to medium indoor crowds, so footprint is a big issue. This system has a very small footprint and is easy to setup. Shipping time was a bit long, but the unit arrived intact. The system was delivered in two shipments. The sub and speaker stand came first and then a couple days later the arrays arrived. Shipping boxes were a bit damaged, but the contents were not damaged at all. Upon opening the second shipment it was discovered that there was something loose inside the individual speaker cabinet’s that housed the arrays. When shaken they sounded just like a single shoe in a shoe box if you were to shake it. Not good, speakers should not rattle in the cabinets. Took a short video clip of the bad arrays and immediately sent to seller. Seller responded back the very next day. They were very apologetic about the condition of the system and shipped out the replacement a day later. As for the performance of the system we are very pleased with its performance so far. A good purchase for the price. Perfect for its intended use. I would suggest an additional sub for this system for a more balanced sound and easier speaker placement. Over 50 years of playing music and would recommend for a small group playing small to medium indoor venues.

Finally being in a position to obtain my own PA system as a budding DJ (going into year 3), I wasn't sure if this was the move to make. I gig alone so having something too big, with too many parts, would just become laborious having to transport. Not only did it come earlier than expected, all parts came in one shipment. Having heard different from the other reviews, I wasn't expecting to see everything at once. That, was the true gift.PROS: The assembly isn't difficult if you're good at this kinda stuff. I am not so it took some time but my bro and sis were a great assistance and helped me put it together. Once you get the mechanics of putting it together down, you'll be good. I started around 11pm and we finished after 12:30am so we couldn't really blast music. But even at the smallest volume, with the sub on max, this system BANGS! And I haven't even had time to really EQ it and such. But I couldn't be more happier to have this. Let's be real: you have a total of 8 speakers AND a sub. You can literally rock ANYWHERE with this system. ANYWHERE! Inside (being considerate of neighbors and such), outside, corporate functions, birthday parties, quinceañera, bat-mitzvah AND bar-mitzvah.CONS: A proper step-by-step assembly guide (for those who aren't the best with assembly) would've been nice. You get one sheet and you gotta figure that shit out. That's the only con, honestly. Oh...and figuring out how the hell you're gonna transport it for gigs.Dear DJ looking for the next step, this is your confirmation to start here. Look at how sexy a line array PA system will look. I'd book you! Invest in yourself like I just did. You'll make the money back. Now put this in your cart and go be great!

System is good overall with a few minor issues. high volume, do not go there. Otherwise cool.

I am very pleased with the product.They sound awesome.please note that u may need to tweak the eq to get it how u like it to sound.Very easy to setup,which by waythe never done before.bluetooth is very good too. This is great for small house party and so on.

I can not put the volume to high because the top speakers will sound distorted. The speakers are good just for the house but not to dj.

I sold all of my DJ gear in 2000. I recently started to get back into it & needed a good PA. It puts out great sound for half the price of a Peavey or JBL PA yet it is quite compact.

The sound was outstanding the quality of the product outstanding

My first gig with the Proreck Club ab12 in DJ system was an outdoor charity function in a large Plaza. There were over 300 attendees and the system easily filled the plaza with sound. Music was full and announcements crisp and clear with no issues.
