This book is definitely a good read, it’s a journey about a boy and a stray fox who build a inseparable bond, this shows perspective of both boy and fox, children will love this book, reminded me of black beauty

It is an amazing book. A sad one with a sad ending but it's awesome. About a 12 year old boy whose father leaves his beloved pet fox in the woods. The boy would do anything to get him back. He climbs hills, enters the war area with a broken foot. Does he take his fox back home? You'll know after reading it. You should definetely buy it.

The ending was ok , i cried but I did not get the feeling that the book has ended i still think there is a whole 5 chapters left for the story to end

My 11 year old daughter really enjoyed the book

An utterly heart-warming story of a boy and his pet. It will break your heart, make you cry and then mend it back all through.Though categorised as children's book, it is a great pick for adults as well as children, especially if you are a pet person. Though a little difficult for children to read and comprehend completely on their own, I would suggest assisted reading for children below 12 years.#bookhoarderrecommendation - A must read !!
