Gave me a LISP or Speech Impediment, Soo embarrassing, constant phonetically & Delayed mute...
Use bluetooth dongle on PC... Delayed mute pointless when sneezing or venting. Randomly mute works, annoying EXTRA voice over and over for delayed responses is frustrating. I like the stand, boom mic slide is satisfying, comfortable soft leathery durable earcups for whole work day, BUT MAKES ME ALWAYS REPEAT S WORDS, I now have a LISP or Speech impediment thanks to them...Constant Phonetic spelling NEEDED for all else as well.

the best headset I've ever used
A coworker of mine let me try these out and they're fantastic. So good, in fact, that I ordered a pair for myself. They're comfortable and reliable, with great sound quality. The active noise cancelling is as good as any I've ever experienced.

Horrible for a $200 plus headset
I've been using this for a year as my primary work headset and wow hot garbage is the only way to describe it.It routinely will just lose BT connectivity to a device that is within arms reach.It picks up every little background noiseRoutinely has problems where I press the mute button to toggle mute status and it toggles right backIn summary I've had better experience with Jabra brand headsets at half the cost. Don't buy this thing Plantronics clearly isn't taking advantage of the Polycom parternership. The only saving grace for this hunk of junk is that it was given to me free.
