When I received the package, the item was open and spilled in the box, but customer service was great and sent a replacement. I have ordered other items which were well-packaged and in perfect condition. Great customer service, quick shipping, nice items that I have a hard time finding elsewhere.

It tastes old and flat.Don’t buy it because it’s not refundable and they were not willing to exchange it so I lost my money.I was a loyal and frequent customer but will no longer buy with them.

Item as described but slow to arrive.

They came all in one piece, which I wasn’t expecting! I bought it some time ago from another store and they came all in crumbs... not this time!

When I opened was all melted! Stick together!

So disappointing. I am from Brazil so I love this candy. It's overpriced but I agreed to pay for it but I was expecting to received the product in a perfect condition, as it should be, instead I got it looking soggy as if it was sitting in a very hot place as you can see in the pictures. The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was the strong smell of oil or gasoline. I am not against the reuse of boxes but please at least use one that is clean specially if you are sending food. Unfortunately I have to wait for the seller to contact me to agree with a return since it's not returnable through Amazon, otherwise I'll throw it away and lose the money I paid for it. No, I do not recommend this seller.
